Handle complex commercial and construction litigation cases. Participate in litigation activities, including trial preparation, depositions, hearings, and oral arguments. Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings. Conduct thorough legal research and provide analysis for case strategies. Collaborate with team members to manage various aspects of litigation and client communication. Requirements: 3-5 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on Federal Indian Law, administrative law, or related fields. Experience or interest in tribal sovereignty, gaming, and self-determination issues is highly preferred. Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the State Bar of the jurisdiction where the position is based. Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills. Legal research and analysis expertise. Experience with case management and legal documentation. Ability to manage complex litigation matters with attention to detail. Proficient in legal software and technology tools.
