Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage QC Team
  • Co-ordination with USACE day to day activities
  • Notification to USACE for Three phase of inspections ( prep-initial and follow up meetings) , inspections ( rebar, formwork , concrete , factory inspection , quality related discussions )
  • Coordination with third party testing agencies for all testing activities , including technical consultancy service at project site
  • Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors for all site activities
  • Factory inspection and appraisal
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with Project Manager , Construction Manager , Superintendent , Survey for any related quality issues and Project Closeouts
  • Material Receiving Inspections and approval
  • Coordinate with USACE for weekly progress meetings and update Minutes of meetings
  • Review of Project Quality Control Plan -Org. Chart -at every change in resource plan
  • Control and monitor of all QC staff including submittal coordinator , document controller for effective execution of work and progress
  • Organize and manage weekly submittals update ( Turnout )
  • Organize and manage weekly QC staff meetings
  • Submission of daily , weekly , monthly QC report in RMS / Company portal
  • Submission of Monthly Performance Report ( Non-Conformance Report )
  • Submission of Sustainability Report ( Quarterly )
  • Closeout of outstanding Non-Conformity Reports
  • Schedule for as built , redline marking , red zone meeting with USACE
  • Schedule for final and prefinal inspections
  • Closely monitor and follow up for Project closeout documents
  • Manager and cover for weekend works for milestone completion
  • Communicate with USACE for any resource time off from Project site

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10 - 15 Year Experience - Heavy Civil Engineering Construction
  • CQM- C - Construction Quality Management for Contractor - Mandatory
  • RMS - Exposure in RMS is advantages
  • Procore - Exposure in Procore is advantages
  • ACI Certification - Required
  • Exposures in Concrete Works - Required
  • Exposures in Earthwork - Required
