Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Top Hand / Tech III to join our team and work on AT&T COWs and temporary towers. This is a unique opportunity to specialize in a niche area of the telecommunications industry, offering a chance to work on innovative projects that are anything but typical.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tower work, including mounting and plumbing antennas and radios, terminating power and fiber in squids, and routing, supporting, and connecting to radios. You’ll need to be a team player, able to follow directions from the foreman, and think creatively to solve problems. Bilingual abilities are a plus!
Travel Requirements:
- Travel is required on a site-by-site basis.
- Work is generally Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
Certifications:
- OSHA 10 or 30
- Rigging
- CPR
- Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP)
- Certified Climber/Rescue
- Additional transferable certifications from previous roles are a plus.
Driver’s License Requirements:
- Class C
- Class B
- Class A
- A valid driver’s license is a must.
