If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a full-time House Manager/Executive Assistant to oversee multiple properties and provide high-level personal assistance to our client in Beverly Hills. As a House Manager/Executive Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of five properties while handling essential administrative and personal support tasks. You will work Monday to Friday, typically from 8 am to 4 pm, though flexibility is key. This role requires someone reliable and adaptable, with strong problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all properties, liaising with contractors, landscapers, and service providers. Manage household bills and ensure payments are processed on time. Arrange travel, book hotels, and coordinate itineraries. Assist with day-to-day needs, such as ordering food and running errands. Keep track of household supplies and ensure everything is well-stocked. The Person Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Dependable, trustworthy, and discreet. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with service providers. Previous experience in personal assistance or house management preferred. Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.
