Duration: 1 Year (possible extension or conversion) Location: ONSITE REQUIREMENT - 2/3 days per week New Castle, DE 19720

Sr. Business Analyst The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the build out of a strategic collateral management application in conjunction with our product partners.

Job Background/context: The Sr. Business Analyst is a senior level position responsible for liaising between product owners and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with product and development teams to define and groom requirements • Assisting in defining application, system, controls and process requirements • Creation and ownership of Functional Architecture designs • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of supported main system flows and possess a comprehensive understanding of how the system and others (i.e. architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives. • Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels • Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them • Work across teams to optimize processes • Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives. • Be comfortable working through ambiguous requirements and take a lead role in providing clarity and direction • Assist with training activities and mentor new and junior team members • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency • Be able to articulate complex concepts and designs to senior management.

Qualifications: • 6-10 years of relevant experience in a business analysis role • Project Management experience, including agile methodology • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
