Grow your career as a Sr. Business Analyst with an innovative global bank in New Castle, DE. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience 6-10 years of relevant experience in a business analysis role Project Management experience, including agile methodology Demonstrated presentation and communication skills Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail What You Will Be Doing

Partner with product and development teams to define and groom requirements Assisting in defining application, system, controls and process requirements Creation and ownership of Functional Architecture designs Demonstrate an advanced understanding of supported main system flows and possess a comprehensive understanding of how the system and others (i.e. architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives. Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them Work across teams to optimize processes Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives. Be comfortable working through ambiguous requirements and take a lead role in providing clarity and direction Assist with training activities and mentor new and junior team members You will receive the following benefits:
