Job Summary

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to lead pricing, trade strategy, and promotional effectiveness across our growing portfolio. In this role, you’ll own the critical levers that drive both top-line growth and profitability, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to maximize the ROI of our commercial investments.

This position reports directly to the VP, Commercial Strategy and will manage a team of two direct reports: Sales Forecast Manager and Trade Spend Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Pricing Strategy

  • Develop and implement pricing and trade strategies across all customers and product lines, ensuring alignment with financial and growth objectives.
  • Conduct semi-annual market pricing assessments to identify areas for optimization and execute price increases as needed.
  • Build forecasting models, tools, and best practices that set clear revenue and margin objectives at the brand, product, and customer level.

Trade Spend & Promotional Effectiveness

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive promotional calendar, integrating customer and brand strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Assess promotion effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize ROI and refine future investments.
  • Partner with Sales & Finance to ensure trade spend is aligned with budget parameters, identifying and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Business Forecasting & P&L Management

  • Run robust forecasting processes, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver accurate and actionable projections.
  • Contribute to the development of customer P&Ls by properly allocating gross-to-net investments and ensuring transparency in revenue management.
  • Oversee and maintain trade management tools, systems, and applications, driving efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CPG-savvy with 7-10 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Sales Strategy, Trade Planning, or Commercial Finance within a CPG environment.
  • Data-driven & analytical, with deep expertise in P&L management and key RGM levers (pricing, promotion, mix, and trade investment).
  • Proficient in market intelligence systems (IRI, Circana, PowerBI) and experienced in leveraging data to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to build compelling sell-in materials and influence across multiple stakeholders.
  • · A collaborative leader, comfortable working cross-functionally and leading a high-performing team.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of delivering growth, optimizing trade spend, and driving margin expansion.
