  • Good communication and customer relation skills, including both written and oral communication

  • Standard computing skills, including Word, Excel, Google Workspace as well as able to learn new programs
  • Ability to use and be trained in using the eSchool and eFinance state system

  • Able to maintain confidential records and information


Job Duties
  • Coordinate Frontline Program (district absence management system)
  • Maintain substitute teacher records and background checks
  • Collects background check information and fingerprinting for new substitutes
  • Monitor pending background checks
  • Collect and maintain records for and provide notification to parents for school choice
  • Assist with clerical duties for Athletic Director
  • Oversee approval and collaborating with the printer on the football program
  • Approve sports schedules for poster and pocket schedules
  • Assist finance department with activity accounts
  • Assist with athletic ticket sales and athletic program clerical duties
  • Manage home gate and concession set up
  • Assist with online check requests for home game boxes
  • Assist with official timesheets for home games
  • General office management duties
  • Coordinate school mail
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organizing and distributing messages
  • Manage the postage machine
  • Other clerical duties as assigned by the district administration
