Are you an HR professional eager to expand your skills in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company? Complete Care is seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive employee experience.
In this role, you will support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and talent management. You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations & HR Support: Provide support and counseling on workplace concerns, performance management, and conflict resolution. Conduct employee investigations when necessary. Promote a positive workplace culture through mentorship and engagement initiatives.
- Onboarding, Orientation & HR Processes: Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Conduct new hire orientation sessions covering company policies, benefits, and expectations. Identify and implement improvements to onboarding and HR workflows.
- Compensation & Benefits, and Leave Tracking: Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment meetings, and the execution of bonus and merit processes. Track and manage FMLA and other leave requests ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Handbook, Policy Updates & Compliance: Assist in maintaining and updating the employee handbook and HR policies. Ensure company policies comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Administration & Compliance: Manage leave of absence programs, accommodations, and workers' compensation cases while ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
- HR Documentation & Offer Letter Preparation: Draft offer letters, disciplinary notices, and other HR related documents. Maintain confidential and organized employee records in compliance with company policies.

- Compliance & Accuracy – Employee records, benefits, and reporting meet company and legal standards.

What You Bring to the Role:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR, preferred but not required.
