Are you an HR professional eager to expand your skills in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company? Complete Care is seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive employee experience.

In this role, you will support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and talent management. You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations & HR Support: Provide support and counseling on workplace concerns, performance management, and conflict resolution. Conduct employee investigations when necessary. Promote a positive workplace culture through mentorship and engagement initiatives.
  2. Onboarding, Orientation & HR Processes: Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Conduct new hire orientation sessions covering company policies, benefits, and expectations. Identify and implement improvements to onboarding and HR workflows.
  3. Compensation & Benefits, and Leave Tracking: Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment meetings, and the execution of bonus and merit processes. Track and manage FMLA and other leave requests ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  4. Handbook, Policy Updates & Compliance: Assist in maintaining and updating the employee handbook and HR policies. Ensure company policies comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  5. Administration & Compliance: Manage leave of absence programs, accommodations, and workers' compensation cases while ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
  6. HR Documentation & Offer Letter Preparation: Draft offer letters, disciplinary notices, and other HR related documents. Maintain confidential and organized employee records in compliance with company policies.

  4. Compliance & Accuracy – Employee records, benefits, and reporting meet company and legal standards.
  5. Strong Collaboration – You build solid relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  5. Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
  6. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR, preferred but not required.
