About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled carpenter with at least 5 years of experience in both finish carpentry and framing. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position working on a variety of projects, including:
Framing changes for home remodels Fine woodworking and trim installation (baseboard, door/window casing, crown molding) Hanging doors and installing windows Interior stair building and trim work Deck construction and general carpentry tasks
This role requires someone who can work independently or as part of a crew while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of carpentry experience Strong framing and finish carpentry skills Ability to read blueprints and execute precise cuts and measurements Experience with remodeling projects, door/window installation, and interior trim A self-motivated team player who takes pride in their work Reliable transportation and basic carpentry/framing tools (larger equipment provided)
