Chief Operating Officer (COO), Enterprise GTSC Management Company Position Overview As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GTSC Management Company, you will oversee the daily operations of our dynamic healthcare enterprise, which includes medical group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and ancillary healthcare business units. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in achieving the organization's strategic objectives, leading operational excellence, and ensuring the seamless integration of various business units. You will also work closely with the Board of Directors and Managing Partners to provide updates on performance, drive continuous improvement, and foster growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
Direct and manage the operations of the healthcare enterprise, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Facilitate effective collaboration across departments to support the improvement of patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals. Business Unit Integration:
Oversee the successful integration of new business units into the overall enterprise. Workforce & Resource Management:
Lead workforce planning and recruitment efforts. Growth & Expansion:
Spearhead the activation of new service lines and operational commissioning of new healthcare facilities. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set forth by governing bodies. Business Development & M&A:
Lead business development initiatives and assess prospective acquisition sites. Financial Oversight:
Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets and analyze financial performance. Innovation & Technology:
Develop and implement business intelligence systems. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
Continuously monitor the organization’s performance and implement corrective actions. Policy & Process Development:
Assist in the development of policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency. Qualifications Leadership Experience:
Extensive experience in senior operational roles in healthcare. Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and execute operational strategies. Healthcare Industry Expertise:
In-depth understanding of healthcare operations. Financial Acumen:
Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting. Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to address complex issues and lead organizational change. Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills. Healthcare Sector Knowledge:
Familiarity with healthcare regulations. Project Management Expertise:
PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred. Technology & Data Proficiency:
