You will analyze business processes and functional requirements to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their functional/technical requirements, developing/implementing solutions, and ensuring the ERP system is effectively integrated with other IT systems.
Responsibilities
Understands current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Works closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements / technical specifications and translates them into ERP system configurations, customizations and integrations. Develops and implements customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications to meet business requirements. Conducts user training sessions, develops training materials, and provides support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the ERP system. Performs system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Monitors system performance and implements improvements to ensure optimal performance. PERKS & BENEFITS

Qualifications
10+ years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Prophet21, Microsoft Dynamics, others) in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Proven experience in planning and leading ERP implementations, upgrades and enhancements in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries. Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Prophet21, Microsoft Dynamics). In depth knowledge of ERP architecture and integration methodologies. Strong proficiency in SQL, database management, programming languages relevant to ERP systems (including APIs and system integrations). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
