You will implement, customize, maintain, and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system supports business processes effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Understands current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Develops and implements customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications to meet business requirements. Provides ongoing support to ERP system users by troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems. Conducts user training sessions and develops training materials. Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and security within the ERP system. PERKS & BENEFITS

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Prophet21, Microsoft Dynamics, others) in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Proficiency in SQL, database management, programming languages relevant to ERP systems (including APIs and system integrations) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
