Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Industrial Engineer
to analyze and optimize production processes, systems, and workflows. The ideal candidate will focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production processes, supply chain logistics, and workflows to identify inefficiencies. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to improve processes and performance metrics. Design layouts for facilities, equipment, and workstations to maximize efficiency and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain departments. Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Research and recommend automation and technology solutions to enhance production efficiency. Develop reports and presentations on process improvements and cost reduction strategies. Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks) for facility and workflow design. Proficiency in data analysis tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in ERP systems and automation technologies. Work Environment:
Primarily on the production floor and some office base. Involves working in the manufacturing plant and warehouse. Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
