- Oversee all aspects of luxury custom home construction from site prep to final finishes.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain strict quality control and ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all local building codes.
- Proactively solve construction challenges while keeping projects on track.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple custom home projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Expertise in luxury finishes, custom millwork, and high-end materials.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and construction management software.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with waterfront or estate-style homes.
- Background in high-end condo renovations.
