Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Location : Manchester, NH (Onsite) Skills : Real Estate and Property Management Law, Insurance Procurement and Defense About Company / Opportunity : We are an established commercial real estate firm with holdings throughout the northeast. If you have a background in real estate transactions and insurance procurement and defense, then this may be a good fit for you! Responsibilities : Negotiate, draft and revise various commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and construction-related documents Provide legal guidance on real estate acquisitions, leasing, and development projects. Manage legal risks, help to resolve disputes and litigate when necessary Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations Collaborate with external counsel, regulatory agencies, and company leadership Support corporate governance, insurance matters, and general business operations Must-Have Skills : J.D. from an accredited law school and must be in good standing with the NH State Bar. 3+ years of litigation experience 5+ years of insurance procurement/defense experience Nice to Have Skills : Seniority level
