Business Office Manager
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee operations within our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the Project Manager Master and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for Executive Advisors, managing key business functions and ensuring they align with the organization’s goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as RMED and SDD representative in requested meetings and forums and prepare briefs and technical reports for the Government. Collaborate with executive leadership in developing strategies to improve the quality, efficiency, and responsiveness of services and operations. Collaborate with executive leadership in developing strategies to improve the quality, efficiency, and responsiveness of services and operations. Maintain, track, and evaluate all DHA official taskers and correspondence using Government-furnished tools. Serve as the Project Manager Master and COR for Executive Advisors, providing oversight on contractual obligations and deliverables.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience. Familiarity of DoD and the Defense Health Agency. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in people management. Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

applicants will be subject to a background investigation. Individual’s primary workstation is in an office area. The noise level in this environment is low to moderate. Regularly required to sit for extended periods up to 80% of the time; frequently required to move about to access file cabinets and use office equipment such as PC, copier, fax, telephone, cell phone, etc. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of the time.
