We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead our

sales operations and strategy , driving growth in the

food packaging and manufacturing

industries. This role will oversee both

inside and outside sales , focusing on

business development, market expansion, and key account management . The ideal candidate has a

proven track record of building and scaling sales teams, increasing revenue, and entering new markets . If you're a results-driven sales leader with experience in

B2B sales, client acquisition, and sales strategy execution , we want to hear from you. Location:

Morgan Hill, CA (on-site) relocation package also available Employment Type:

Full-Time, Exempt Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonuses Travel:

Moderate to extensive domestic and/or international travel Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

– Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Team Leadership

– Lead and mentor inside and outside sales teams, setting goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. New Business Development

– Identify and secure new opportunities in the

food packaging and manufacturing

sectors. Account Management

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Sales Forecasting & Budgeting

– Oversee sales projections, pipeline management, and financial targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Work with

marketing, operations, and product teams

to align sales strategies with business goals. Industry Engagement

– Stay ahead of market trends, represent the company at trade shows, and develop thought leadership in the industry. Qualifications

10+ years of sales experience , with

5+ years in a senior leadership role

(preferably in food packaging, manufacturing, or related industries). Proven success in scaling sales teams , driving revenue growth, and executing market expansion strategies. Strong B2B sales expertise, negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency. Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

( MBA preferred ). Ability to manage
