Job Description:- Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior PowerApps Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team, supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of PowerApps solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various business systems and enhancing user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of PowerApps and related Microsoft technologies, along with prior experience in federal projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain PowerApps environments, including security, permissions, and data integration. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Development and Customization: Customize PowerApps to create user-friendly, efficient, and visually appealing applications. Develop and deploy custom connectors, components, and plugins to extend PowerApps capabilities. Implement Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve PowerApps-related issues. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users to utilize PowerApps effectively. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment with overall IT strategy and governance policies.

Qualifications: Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in PowerApps administration and development. Proven experience working on federal projects, preferably within the Department of Defense (DoD). Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Power Platform suite. Strong understanding of data integration techniques and tools (e.g., APIs, SQL, RESTful services). Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service), Azure, and related technologies. Federal Experience: Familiarity with federal compliance and security requirements. Experience in handling federal data and working within federal IT infrastructures. Modernization and Analytics Initiative (MAI) Experience: Experience in leading and supporting MAI projects to modernize legacy systems and enhance business analytics capabilities. Utilize PowerApps and related technologies to implement MAI strategies, improving efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to integrate analytics solutions into PowerApps.

Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400). Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams). Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
