Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Uxbridge, MA for a Heavy Equipment Operator. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring that the project is completed on time and correctly. The operator will also manage the construction crew and ensure that all safety procedures are followed. We are a Residential and Commercial Site development company with proven growth and a heavy workload. Must be self-motivated and able to run a crew.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a construction leadership role, preferably as a crew leader, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully and on time.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a construction crew, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with other project stakeholders, such as the project manager and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction codes and regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
• Must be able to be self-sufficient and stay on task.
