Assist in structured finance and securitization transactions, including asset-based lending. Draft and review related documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, and transaction documents. Conduct legal research and offer practical solutions for complex legal issues. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex, high-value transactions. Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high standards of client service. Prepare client presentations, memoranda, and other legal documents. Ensure that projects and deliverables are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or asset-based lending. Previous experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred. Ability to handle complex transactions with sound business judgment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application. Skills
Strong analytical and writing skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and business professionals.
