Duties
- Assist in structured finance and securitization transactions, including asset-based lending.
- Draft and review related documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, and transaction documents.
- Conduct legal research and offer practical solutions for complex legal issues.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex, high-value transactions.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high standards of client service.
- Prepare client presentations, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Ensure that projects and deliverables are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or asset-based lending.
- Previous experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
- Ability to handle complex transactions with sound business judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application.
