Position: Sr. Director of Marketing and Growth (Omnichannel)

The Role

The Sr. Director of Marketing & Growth will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive omni-channel growth strategy that accelerates Bloom’s DTC and Amazon business while seamlessly integrating with national retail expansion. This role will lead growth marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven decision-making, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling e-commerce at large omni-channel brands and will be a key driver of digital and retail synergy.


Key Objectives & KPIs:

  • Achieve >15% revenue growth in Bloom’s e-commerce business (Amazon + DTC) in H1 2025 through targeted growth strategies.
  • Optimize omni-channel marketing efforts to accelerate new customer acquisition while improving retention and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Lead an Amazon and DTC revitalization, ensuring a best-in-class brand presence and seamless digital-to-retail experience by Q2 2025.
  • Build a data-driven, high-growth marketing playbook, aligning with business goals and consumer behavior insights.
  • Oversee a full-funnel growth marketing strategy, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), paid media, creative execution, and customer retention.
  • Develop a 2025 e-commerce business plan, including revenue forecasting, marketing investment strategies, and an omni-channel activation calendar.


Key Responsibilities:

Omni-Channel Growth & E-Commerce Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a robust e-commerce growth strategy that drives revenue across DTC, Amazon, and retail partners.
  • Overhaul marketing funnels to optimize customer journeys, conversion rates, and digital sales performance.
  • Lead growth marketing efforts across all digital and performance channels, ensuring effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Implement omni-channel strategies that leverage retail, DTC, and Amazon synergies to drive incremental growth.
  • Lead channel performance audits, including storefront optimization, product listing enhancements, pricing strategies, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Develop bundling and product merchandising strategies tailored for e-commerce while aligning with retail execution.
  • Own data-driven decision-making by establishing KPIs and refining strategies based on key insights.


Growth Marketing & Performance Optimization:

  • Lead and oversee all growth marketing efforts, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), paid media, and performance-driven strategies.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and retention programs through digital and CRM strategies.
  • Oversee digital marketing investments, partnering with internal teams and agencies to optimize paid media, creative execution, and spend allocation.
  • Continuously analyze and improve site performance, refining UX/UI, landing pages, and conversion pathways to maximize revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing, personalization, and automation to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  • Champion a data-first approach, ensuring marketing and growth strategies are backed by consumer insights and analytics.


Omni-Channel Integration & Brand Activation:

  • Develop and implement cross-channel growth strategies that connect e-commerce, Amazon, and retail expansion.
  • Partner with brand marketing to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Support retail marketing activations, aligning promotional calendars, digital engagement, and DTC traffic-driving strategies to enhance retail sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute pre-seasonal planning and promotional strategies.


Loyalty, Retention & Customer Experience:

  • Design and implement loyalty and retention programs that increase repeat purchases and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Leverage first-party data and analytics to refine customer engagement strategies and improve lifetime value (LTV).
  • Work with CRM and digital teams to optimize email, SMS, and personalization initiatives.


Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Hire and mentor a high-performing, data-driven growth and e-commerce team and agency support
  • Oversee growth and omni-channel marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business, brand, and commercial teams.
  • Serve as a strategic partner across marketing, sales, and digital teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making informs all business strategies.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced omni-channel growth marketer with a proven track record of scaling revenue across DTC, Amazon, and retail.
  • Deep expertise in growth marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization (CRO).
  • Strong background in paid media, digital advertising, and CRM-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience leading high-growth strategies at omni-channel brands where retail is dominant but e-commerce is a key revenue driver.
  • Ability to align marketing, data, and sales insights into a clear, executable growth strategy.
