Location: Frederick, Maryland

Salary: $85,000 - 95,000 per year
Work hours: 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, modify, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, and automated systems to enhance efficiency.
- Perform electrical maintenance on power distribution systems up to 480V.
- Provide primary support for electrical and controls maintenance across manufacturing lines.
- Maintain and calibrate critical process control and environmental systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Review and update electrical schematics, system layouts, and detailed drawings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (Technical degree in Industrial Electrical, Controls, or Automation preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation.
- Proficiency in electrical distribution systems and wiring up to 480V.
- Experience with Siemens PLCs, AC Vector Drives, and Wonderware (preferred but not required).
- Must be able to read PLC code
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, and CMMS systems is a plus.
