Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, modify, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, and automated systems to enhance efficiency. Perform electrical maintenance on power distribution systems up to 480V. Provide primary support for electrical and controls maintenance across manufacturing lines. Maintain and calibrate critical process control and environmental systems. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges. Review and update electrical schematics, system layouts, and detailed drawings. Requirements: High school diploma or GED (Technical degree in Industrial Electrical, Controls, or Automation preferred). 4-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation. Proficiency in electrical distribution systems and wiring up to 480V. Experience with Siemens PLCs, AC Vector Drives, and Wonderware (preferred but not required). Must be able to read PLC code Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, and CMMS systems is a plus.
