Role Description
This is a full-time role for a CrossCheck Evaluator. The CrossCheck Evaluator will conduct on-site evaluations of hospitality programs, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, compiling reports, and collaborating with clients to implement solutions. Evaluators will ensure compliance with quality standards and work closely with various teams to drive service excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and reporting software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management or food service operational management-related experience.
- Experience in the corporate, healthcare, or educational sector is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
