Role: Account Executive

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Salary: $110K–$120K Base / $220K–$240K OTE


Are you ready to join a fast-growing AI-driven company transforming workforce management? We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive enterprise expansion and scale SMB sales efforts for an innovative SaaS platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Target SMBs (<250 employees) with deal ACVs of $15K–$30K.
  • Help mature and scale the sales motion in a high-growth environment.


Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven success at a Series A/B/C startup.
  • Mid-market Sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and deal structuring skills.
  • Experience in strategy and deal structuring
  • SaaS Quota of $700k+ (Highly Desirable)
