What You'll Do:
- Facilitate daily employee requests, including furniture, HVAC, key replacements, and lighting adjustments.
- Oversee and manage facilities maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure operational building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Manage work orders within the CAFM system, ensuring timely completion.
- Measure and report workplace services and facilities metrics to management.
- Optimize resource deployment to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and execute facilities tickets for assigned buildings.
- Participate in workplace services and facilities software implementation projects.
- Collaborate with facilities managers, building coordinators, and vendor partners to ensure efficient workflows.
- Contribute to facilities project meetings and budget development.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in facilities planning (but we’re open to related experience!).
- Basic knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and building trades.
- Experience with CAFM and CMMS systems.
- Understanding of BOMA and ADA requirements.
- Ability to interpret floor plans and construction documents.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and related systems.
- Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Onsite presence is required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working within a technology company.
- Any level of facilities experience.
