Purpose and Scope
The IT Support - Part time person who will provide expert guidance and training for our Food Management System. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for ensuring seamless operations within our food management processes.
Essential Job Functions Provide expert IT support and troubleshooting assistance for our Food Management System.
Offers guidance and recommendations to optimize system performance.
Assists in training staff on the proper use of the Food Management System.
Responds promptly to user inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Provide documented solutions for best practices and compliance.
Conduct comprehensive audits of the Food Management System to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
Respond to helpdesk call overflow
Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in computer technology, Information Systems Management or related field or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field and 5 Years experience in Food Management applications for a total education/experience of (7) years. Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards.
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree=6 years plus required years of experience.
