Firefighters First Credit Union is excited to share an amazing opportunity to become a
Regional Office Manager . The incoming leader will manage the Walnut Creek, California office, supporting their membership with a strong focus on member service delivery. The Manager will provide strong customer service-facing discussions to enable their members to utilize the many offerings the credit union provides. The Regional Office Manager is responsible for the branch operations and leading and developing their team, providing after-hour member support, attaining production goals, and expanding membership while delivering legendary member experience. The Regional Office Manager is also responsible for promoting membership expansion by enabling the team to genuinely listen to the members’ needs and assist in the products and services the credit union offers. This individual will directly report to the Director of Regional Offices; the Regional Office Manager is also responsible for promoting membership expansion by networking with local fire stations, unions, and professional firefighter organizations and attending events where brand exposure can enhance and build relationships in collaboration with the business development team when needed to support the ongoing efforts required in this role. The successful candidate will advocate for providing and ensuring development opportunities for team members as part of their overall career growth. They will partner with internal and external constituents in handling escalations, which include researching and responding to member inquiries in a timely manner and coordinating responses, research, and resolution inquiries. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and at least three (3) years of experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative is required. Experience with sales and operations management and leading a team of professionals with lending and sales experience is needed. Seniority level
