$(130 – 140) K Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the
medical device
or healthcare technology sectors. Extensive experience in scaling, training, and managing sales teams/infrastructure in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to leverage an existing network of industry contacts to drive business development opportunities and accelerate market penetration. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools. Deep understanding of the US medical device market, including regulations, certifications (e.g., FDA, ISO), and quality requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technology solutions. Ability to travel extensively within the US, and possibly abroad.
