(USI) is actively looking for a talented

Sr. Sales Manager

to join our leadership team here in Santa Clara, CA. This key role will drive revenue growth and expand our market presence by developing strategic business opportunities, cultivating high-value client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage relationships with strategic accounts to generate revenue. Develop & execute account strategy to grow revenue. Cultivate new sales leads to match USI core competency to grow new business. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in USI worldwide sites to provide the best services to the customer. Manage RFQ/RFP responses and negotiations with customers. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluent English in both speaking and writing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Engineering or Business bachelor's degree or above. 10+ years of sales experience with revenue responsibility in the EMS/ODM industry. 5+ years of working experience dealing with tier one customers worldwide. KEY COMPETENCIES:
