lead an incredible team to new heights! What You’ll Bring: Proven Leadership Abilities

– You excel in the ER & Specialty setting, bringing strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to the table. Commitment to Mentorship

– You embrace challenges with confidence, taking initiative to implement solutions that enhance patient care and hospital operations. Your Role: Clinical Care (~75%)
– Deliver exceptional ER medical care to our patients, working closely with our team to provide the best outcomes. Administrative Leadership (~25%)
– Oversee hospital operations, set clinical standards, develop protocols, and guide our practice to new heights. Innovative Research
– Through

advancing veterinary medicine , collaborating with a network of experts to drive scientific breakthroughs that improve patient care. What We Offer: Compensation:
$225,000 – $250,000 base salary plus production. Leadership Stipend:
