What You’ll Bring:

Your Role:

1. Clinical Care (~75%) – Deliver exceptional ER medical care to our patients, working closely with our team to provide the best outcomes.
2. Administrative Leadership (~25%) – Oversee hospital operations, set clinical standards, develop protocols, and guide our practice to new heights.
3. Innovative Research – Through Ethos Discovery Trials, you’ll play an active role in advancing veterinary medicine, collaborating with a network of experts to drive scientific breakthroughs that improve patient care.

What We Offer:

1. Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 base salary plus production.
2. Leadership Stipend: $50,000 annually.
