and recognizes the impact you have on residents' lives. As an LVN or LPN at Belmont Village, you will play a vital role in patient care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, supporting wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting in quality monitoring. You will collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals and oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers, guiding them in their daily tasks. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Following up on physician orders, coordinating services with ancillary providers, and communicating any changes in resident conditions to physicians and families. Administering medications to residents as prescribed and documenting any relevant reactions or observations. Ensuring resident care plans are implemented by supervising the tasks of Medication Technicians and caregivers. Making informed decisions during critical situations and managing conflicts constructively. Updating resident medical records and clinical documentation as needed. Requirements: Active LVN or LPN license in the relevant state. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Availability to work the designated schedule, including weekends and holidays. Intermediate computer and mobile device proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in urgent situations with strong problem-solving skills. Dependability and self-direction with exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Leadership experience and the ability to effectively guide a team. A focus on detail while working with a sense of urgency. More than one year of medication management experience. Supervisory experience.
