Help us positively impact the lives of our residents. About the Role: As an LPN at Belmont Village, you'll play a vital role in administering medications and supporting wellness initiatives. You'll ensure regulatory compliance while overseeing daily clinical tasks and coordinating with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Include: Follow physicians' orders, coordinate services, and communicate changes in residents' conditions. Administer medications correctly and monitor for any adverse reactions. Oversee the care provided to residents by Medication Technicians and caregivers. Make informed decisions and manage conflicts constructively. Maintain accurate resident medical records and documentation. Requirements: Active LPN license in the state of service. CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Able to work a defined schedule including weekends and holidays. Intermediate skills with computers and mobile devices. Preferred Skills and Characteristics: Ability to adapt and think critically in urgent situations. Strong organizational and time management skills. Leadership experience with ability to supervise effectively. Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency in your work. At least one year of experience in medication management.
