Job Overview
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our team at Stello Foods. This is a versatile role with opportunities available in Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, New York City, Detroit, and St. Louis. We offer full-time, part-time, and remote employment options based in the United States. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers, with a requirement of zero years work experience.
Compensation Range: $39,000 to $59,000 per year
Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of handling complex tasks and formulas with ease (Mandatory skill).
Typing speed that meets or exceeds the industry standard to ensure efficient and accurate data entry (Mandatory skill).
Maintaining high levels of data accuracy and ensuring that all entries are error-free (Mandatory skill).
Comfortable using CRM software to manage large volumes of customer information and interactions effectively.
Proficiency in Google Sheets for documentation and data organization purposes.
Strong background in database management to support data storage, retrieval, and updating.
Exceptional attention to detail to catch discrepancies and ensure the highest level of data integrity.
Familiarity with technology for converting different types of documents into editable data.
Roles and Responsibilities
Input and update customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
Scan documents and print files, when needed.
Keep information confidential and secure, in compliance with data integrity and security policies.
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files promptly.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and collaborating effectively.
