Position Title: Project Architect The Project Architects at Form4 play a critical role in designing and delivering exceptional architectural projects. This opening represents an excellent opportunity to join a highly creative, collaborative team while working on inspiring architectural projects. Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare project schedules and work plans. Plan and oversee project documentation. Apply firm standards and conduct ongoing QC review of the documents. Review project regarding construction standards, code, and ADA requirements. Collaborate with the project team members on design solutions and documentation. Resolve complex technical/design issues. Communicate with consultants and authorities having jurisdiction. Develop construction documentation drawings and provide construction administration duties. Lead the production team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Architect on suitable commercial office, school, and retail projects in terms of type and size with a minimum of 8 years in the role. Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a project team. Strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills. Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam required, and Indesign preferred. A well-developed design sense and excellent graphical skills. Strong understanding of building materials, details, and construction techniques. Ability to develop excellent construction drawing details that support ambitious design solutions.
