Senior Consultants and Managers

who will leverage their experience to assist clients in the execution of risk management consulting. Team members will be involved in helping our clients effectively manage risk by optimizing their risk management operations. Our team of professionals assists our clients in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks across their organization. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the delivery of various

enterprise and operational risk management

projects including (but not limited to): performing/supporting foundational operational risk activities, conducting quarterly Risk and Controls Self-Assessments, participating in

first and second line

change management activities, monitoring controls compliance and performing self-testing. Conduct analyses of our client's risk management operations, operating models, processes, applications, and infrastructure and formulate recommendations and roadmaps to improve our client's risk management functions. Build trusted relationships with clients and work internally across Clarendon Partners risk advisory teams to help bring our clients the most comprehensive, end-to-end risk management services to effectively address their business challenges. Opportunity to manage, mentor, and coach other consultants, and perform quality control reviews of staff work before delivery to client. Enable change through a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience performing risk management activities to include: performing/supporting foundational operational risk activities, conducting quarterly Risk and Controls Self-Assessments, participating in first and second line change management activities, monitoring controls compliance and performing self-testing. Prior experience in professional services, preferably at a large, global management consulting firm. Demonstrated experience performing risk management activities within the financial services industry (for financial services clients or as an internal financial services risk management employee). A strong understanding of operational risks and controls, risk management processes, information security and privacy related controls. Familiarity with SOX attestation process. Leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence. Ability to manage various deadline projects/tasks. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or other technical discipline.
