Qualifications:
Education:

Leadership, collaboration, attention to detail, and strong ethical standards. Key Responsibilities:
Medical Leadership:
Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to care standards. Direct Patient Care:
Conduct regular resident assessments, diagnoses, and treatments. Compliance:
Ensure the facility meets state/federal regulations and participates in quality assurance initiatives. Collaboration:
Work with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Record Management:
Maintain accurate medical records and provide timely documentation. Guidance:
