We are a leading entertainment company searching for a dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a premier indoor amusement park. This is a confidential search; qualified candidates will receive additional company and location details during the interview process. Position Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the indoor amusement park, driving strategic direction and operational success. We seek a hands-on leader passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, boosting revenue, and maintaining excellence in operations. This role requires flexibility, including working some weekends and evenings. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable guest experience. Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, increase attendance, and improve profitability. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, cultivating a positive, high-performance culture. Oversee budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet targets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health codes, and company policies. Partner with marketing to create promotions, events, and initiatives that attract visitors. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders. Use guest feedback to enhance experiences and oversee maintenance of facilities, rides, and attractions. Work some weekends and evenings to support park operations and peak times. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of senior management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or amusement parks. Proven success in achieving operational and financial goals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations, risk management, and compliance standards.
