Our Metrowest digital agency is looking for a
Visual Designer
with expert level proficiency with Figma and setting up development level ready files as well as creating design systems. Responsibilities include: Working as a Senior visual designer first and foremost (will be working alongside strategist) and being comfortable with designing and creating a design suite. Strong UI/UX background and skillset preferred as well. Understanding of use of illustration, photography, tone of voice, etc for branding. Come up with brand personality, tone of voice, Branding assets. Ability to create custom illustrations. Has strong sense of creating something that is compelling emotionally and functionally for brand identity. Ability to translate brand into a design system (i.e. think through how it shows up in copy, on the website, on app, etc.) Seniority level
