Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They will perform a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with daily office activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  3. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and easily accessible.
  4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  5. Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring sufficient stock levels.
  6. Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  7. Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  8. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary: $17.75 - $24.00 per hour
