We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role involves assisting with day-to-day office operations, supporting financial tasks, and helping with projects involving government contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as data entry, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
- Help prepare and maintain documentation for government contracts.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing for project-related documents.
- Perform other office duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office role.
- Must have experience in either the construction industry or with government contracts; the ideal candidate will have both.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
