We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role involves assisting with day-to-day office operations, supporting financial tasks, and helping with projects involving government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files.
  2. Assist with basic financial tasks, such as data entry, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
  3. Help prepare and maintain documentation for government contracts.
  4. Support the team in scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
  5. Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing for project-related documents.
  6. Perform other office duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  5. Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Required Experience:

  1. Prior experience in an administrative or office role.
  2. Must have experience in either the construction industry or with government contracts; the ideal candidate will have both.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  1. 8 hour shift
  2. Monday to Friday
