We are looking for a Head of Telecom (Sales) who will be responsible for managing and motivating the team to achieve company revenue and NOP goals. Set strategic direction, define long-term objectives, inspire team members, and maintain customer satisfaction. Must balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution and contribute to sustained success and growth within the organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Single contact window to clients in the Telecom Infra Platform (one client will only be assigned to one business platform).
  • Be responsible for the five-year strategic planning of Telecom Infra Platform.
  • Be responsible for the operation and financial performance of Telecom Infra Platform (include ODM, BP, and Solution).
  • Be responsible for Sales, Product Management, and Solution Engineering teams within the Telecom Infra Platform.
  • Develop Telecom Infra Platform’s sales strategies, set sales objectives, and allocate resources.
  • Construct Telecom Infra Platform’s sales structure, optimize sales processes, and manage channels.
  • Lead Telecom Infra Platform in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to facilitate brand and solution business growth.
  • Work closely with TISBU in ICTBG as well as other BU/BGs organizations to communicate business progress and customer information to maximize potential business opportunities.
  • Each business platform is responsible for selling ALL products to its customers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must have 20+ years of industry professional experience in OBM business model approach. Part of the experience must be in Telecom Infra industry.
  • Must have 10+ years of experience managing various teams associated with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Must have a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Either a Master of Science in Engineering and/or MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience with accountability for revenue, P&L, product lifecycle, and business development for solutions applications
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles for OBM business model. Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and information sharing within Business platform and also with BG colleagues.
  • High energy, self-motivator, business travel as required.
