Working cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: Product Management, Experience Design, different product lines, or business units to drive forward results. Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products. Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience. Experience with building metrics, dashboards, and front-end experiences in an app with good decent traffic and scale. Top Operational Excellence standards with focus on Quality, Performance, and resiliency. Proven experience leading a UI development team. Experience with:
UI frameworks like React, or Angular. Unit testing frameworks & mocking. Testing Automation mindset. Kafka and GraphQL. Microservices architecture.
Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations. Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Assertive and high presentation skills. Proven experience in growing people.
