Responsibilities
You will be in the details and prepare good, data-driven development plans, lead the team and remove barriers in order to fully meet our commitments on time. GRIT. You will need to be Bold:
Leading difficult decisions or discussions. Keep an open mindset and provide/acknowledge feedback. Represent both the team and leadership decisions.
Build high performing teams by putting the right people in the right job at the right time. Keep very high tech standard and high velocity in the team. Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable web applications. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex technical environment with high adaptability and flexibility. Working cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: Product Management, Experience Design, different product lines, or business units to drive forward results. Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products. Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience. Experience with building metrics, dashboards, and front-end experiences in an app with good decent traffic and scale. Top Operational Excellence standards with focus on Quality, Performance, and resiliency. Proven experience leading a UI development team. Experience with:
UI frameworks like React, or Angular. Unit testing frameworks & mocking. Testing Automation mindset. Kafka and GraphQL. Microservices architecture.
Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations. Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Assertive and high presentation skills. Proven experience in growing people.
