We're looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator who will serve as the face of the office and a key driver of the in-person employee experience. This role blends hospitality, operations, and events to ensure an inspiring, efficient, and inclusive work environment.
Pay rate: $32 per hour
Responsibilities:
Office & Reception Management
Greet visitors and employees with professionalism and warmth Manage visitor check-in, security access, and general front desk operations Ensure the office environment is welcoming, clean, and organized
Event & Meeting Support
Coordinate logistics for in-office meetings, events, and offsites Manage room setup, A/V needs, and vendor deliveries Partner with internal teams for seamless event execution
Hospitality Services
Oversee daily lunch catering and manage special dietary needs Maintain snack/beverage inventory and kitchen cleanliness Collaborate with food vendors to ensure quality and service
Workplace Operations
Field and triage workplace requests via Slack, email, and tickets Conduct regular audits of the space and resolve facilities issues Partner with building management, IT, AV, and security to maintain a high-functioning office
Employee Experience & Project Support
Support internal communications and special projects Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, service, and team impact Assist in maintaining program materials and operational documentation
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace operations, or similar roles Excellent customer service with a calm, friendly presence Strong event and logistics coordination experience Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day Skilled in Google Suite and able to learn new tools quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work onsite daily
