Sirius Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team in St. Louis, working for a large Manufacturing Facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to work the evening shift.

Pay: $22/hour + 7% shift differential ($23.54/hour)
Schedule: 12:30 pm - 11:00 pm (M-Th)Summary: The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating processing equipment, following established protocols, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and set up processing equipment according to standard procedures.
- Identify equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Report equipment failures and collaborate with repair personnel for troubleshooting.
- Perform routine production operations, quality tests, and process monitoring to ensure products meet specifications.
- Transport chemicals and materials using pumps, forklifts, pallet jacks, or dollies.
- Ensure accurate batch record documentation and report any non-conformance (NCRs).
- Enter work hours and material usage into SAP.
- Follow strict safety protocols and production procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in laboratory and production areas.
- Label all in-process equipment and containers appropriately.
- Participate in safety and quality training sessions.
- Assist in training new team members and provide technical direction as needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Preferred: Associate’s degree in Chemistry
- Preferred: SAP experience (willing to train)
- Must be able to maintain a clean shave for safety compliance
