Seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who can bring strong business acumen and HR expertise to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

Professional Experience / Background Required :

  • Strong business acumen with broad HR experience, including but not limited to :
  • Leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, benefits, change management, coaching, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to connect authentically with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and present effectively to senior leaders and managers.
  • Proven track record in initiating and driving People programs that contribute to organizational success and are recognized as value-added by key stakeholders.
  • Experience working across complex, global, high-growth organizations.
  • HR analytics proficiency Ability to interpret talent data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with HR systems / tools : Workday, Culture Amp, HR Acuity (preferred).
  • Quick learner with strong business acumen to make impactful talent and organizational decisions.
  • Ability to design organizational structures aligned with business strategy.
  • Highly collaborative team player and culture carrier.
  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated, and capable of independently leading initiatives (creative thinker).
  • Proven experience coaching and advising employees at all levels for development and growth.
  • Willingness to handle both strategic programs and day-to-day tactical issues ("roll-up your sleeves" mindset).
  • Passionate about fostering a diverse and engaged workforce.

Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, or related field (Master's / MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of HRBP experience, including at least 5 years in a high-growth technology company.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (preferred).
  • Proven experience consulting with management and providing HR guidance.
  • Ability to analyze HR trends / metrics and develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Skilled in managing complex employee relations issues and conducting objective investigations.
